She shared insights on building a brand that resonates deeply with consumers, akin to iconic names like Mercedes, Patagonia, and Trader Joe's. Matthew Kilmurry, CEO and Founder of ApartmentGeofencing.com provided valuable insights into the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) during his session titled “Gaining Traction For Your Brand,” illustrating how this framework can streamline operations, enhance productivity, and drive growth.
Two keynote panel discussions set the stage for high-quality content: "More With Less: Leveraging AI to Overcome Constraints" – Moderated by Elaine De Lude, VP of LIVEbe Communities, this panel explored how AI is revolutionizing multifamily marketing. Panelists included Daniel Paulino, VP of Marketing at Bozzuto, Moshe Crane, VP of Branding and Strategic Initiatives at Sage Ventures, and Wendy Coplen, Marketing Director at Bell Partners Inc.
"Marketing Metrics Are Changing—Are You Ready?" – Moderated by Wendy Simpson, SVP of Marketing and Customer Experience at Edgewood Management, this session focused on adapting to new digital marketing metrics. Panelists included Kevin Wilson, Director of Marketing, Strategy and Planning at Southern Land Company, Michelle José, VP of Property Marketing at Mill Creek Residential, and Xiyao Yang, Director of Marketing Analytics at Bozzuto.
